Direct booking
advantages

  • If you book directly through our website you will get the best price - guaranteed!
  • A bottle of Montana Cuvee awaits you in your room/apartment as a welcome gift.
  • All available room categories can be booked on the website, in contrast to the online booking platforms.
  • Host Christian Maelzer will welcome you to Appart Montana with a schnapps.
  • Late check-out if available: our check-out time is generally 10 am. If you book directly through our website, you can stay until 2 pm free of charge and still use the room if the accommodation is still available. If the room is already reserved, you can store your luggage in the Montana Appart free of charge and take a shower in the sauna area.

  • We would be happy to advise you personally on the choice of your room and additional services.

  • Up to 61 days before arrival: free of charge
  • 60 - 31 days before arrival: 15 % cancellation fee
  • 30 – 21 days before arrival: 35% cancellation fee
  • 20 - 11 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
  • From 10 days before arrival: 100 % cancellation fee and in case of no-show: 100 % cancellation fee

SUMMER

  • Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival: free of charge
  • From 14 days before arrival: 80 % cancellation fee
  • No-show: 100% cancellation costs

CHALETS

  • Up to 61 days before arrival: free of charge
  • 60 - 31 days before arrival: 15 % cancellation fee
  • 30 – 21 days before arrival: 35% cancellation fee
  • 20 - 11 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee

The cancellation costs are calculated based on the accommodation price without meals.
